I spoke to Chase VISA yesterday about ticket purchases I made in February for 3 Broadway shows for the week of 3/19--3/26. The ticket distributor (not Ticketmaster nor Telecharge) no longer accepts phone calls and does not respond to e-mails. Chase VISA recommended that I dispute the charges and said that the disputes would almost certainly be decided in my favor.
I did receive refunds from Roundabout (immediately) for My Darling Grenadine and City Center (in about 2-1/2 weeks) for Love Life after requesting refunds over the phone from their box office personnel.
