| I got automatic refund notifications from Telecharge for Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf on 3/21 and for Flying Over Sunset on 3/24 (and both refunds hit my account a few days later). For Take Me Out/Second Stage: I got an email from them on 4/9; requested a refund that day via a link in the notice. It also hit my account with a few days. For Caroline/Roundabout: had to send an email to audienceservices@roundabounttheatre.org last Friday. They responded same day and told me I'd have my refund "within the next few weeks". No refund as of today. I have some other tickets for early June that haven't officially cancelled (Company, Moulin Rouge, Sing St., Chicago, The Minutes, Harry Potter) and I'm waiting to see what happens with them. I just don't feel comfortable sitting in a full Broadway theater in mid-June; I hope I won't have any problems with refunds for those shows even if they are back by then. I thought I read Company was moving to Fall, but I haven't heard anything from Telecharge yet. |
