I love ''Radiant Baby.'' Daniel Reichard gave a tour de force as Keith Haring; the ensemble included future Tony winners, like Billy Porter and Lena Hall.
It had such a fun and infectious score, with music by Debra Barsha and lyrics by Ira Gasman, Stuart Ross and Barsha, that captured the '70s and '80s.
Inspired by this thread, I wrote to Debra and told her that ''Radiant Baby'' is still fondly remembered on All That Chat, and she graciously replied.
Debra says she saw an ''amazing'' ''Radiant Baby'' in Japan in 2016 and hinted that there may be plans for a new U.S. production. Fingers crossed! |
