| I got lucky and scored a third row center pair of seats from TDF to an early preview of this. I enjoyed it. Felt it to be a bit predictable at times. Washington gave an impactful performance. I would love to see what other actresses do with it. Pasquale was effective, though some of his acting seemed a bit too broad for me. Glad this subject matter was written about, but felt it could’ve been stronger. I still found it to be a gripping 90 minutes (thankful it wasn’t a 2 act though). The ending still packs a punch, despite its predictability. |
