| People are really rallying around Nick and expressing their love for him and his family. Earlier today around 40,000 had responded, and it's now up to almost 59,000. Everyone is sending support and wishing him the best in this very tragic time. | |

| Such incredibly sad news. Nick Cordero is an incredible talent. I so loved his work in Bullets Over Broadway and A Bronx Tale. Special good thoughts to him and his lovely wife and baby. | |

| So very sorry to hear this. Sending positive thoughts to him, his family and his doctors for his recuperation. Hope at some point in the future he can turn to the films of wonderful actor Herbert Marshall ("The Little Foxes", "Trouble in Paradise", etc.), who after losing a limb in WWI was able to still have a fine career, for some inspiration. Right now, I hope he and his family knows many are pulling for him to get better. | |

| At age 70 Sarah Bernhardt’s leg was amputated. Eight months after the amputation she was back on stage. Her career went on for another eight years. Nick Cordero’s surgery is, putting it mildly, a nightmare from which I am sure he would like to awake, Hopefully, he will realize that this does not have to be the end of his career. The Divine Sarah continued her career in a wheelchair. With medical advancements I believe that there could be better options. For my money, he was the best thing about Bullets Over Broadway. |

| And that guy on Tiger King lost both legs, but you couldn't even tell when he had pants on. So fortunately due to prosthetics technology, he can hopefully live a "more" normal life than he otherwise would have. | |

| Devastating and yet how fortunate that medical science has progressed beyond the time of Herbert Marshall. Cordero, despite this incredible misfortune will heal and will return to a brilliant career. I know my prayers and good thoughts are with him and I bet so are those of everyone else on this board! I thank the brave doctors and nurses and other health care workers who are taking good care of him (and so many others) and wish them all godspeed. | |
