| Regarding the recent rant (from a musical book writer) that appeared on Facebook and then here, Stritch said the same thing succinctly and humorously in her show Elaine Stritch At Liberty c. 2000, when she said something like, "All the wonderful people in the theatre," and that 'wonderful' was a sarcasm. It summed up the entire rant in a few words and a sly look. |
