Why on earth wouldn't it be "legal" to refund tickets in performance date order? Do you believe you should receive yours before someone who has a performance on May 25, or May 15, or May 1? (And nowhere does it say you won't receive a refund until the scheduled date of the performance.)
Clearly, their plea for patience in the face of a rather unprecedented situation is falling on deaf ears. |
