I believe future ticket sales are held in an escrow account for the refund for cancelled events. I have no idea what has to occur manually for refunds to happen.
I do wonder who is paying that 3% fee charged by credit cards when they reverse the charges. Is it the producer or the ticket agency. I’m assuming the producer. |
