Haven't thought about this song in quite some time but it came up as I was listening to my shuffled music library today. I love the song, and I remember the first time hearing it I was driving and as I realized what was unfolding, I had to pull of the road to compose myself. It's a great marriage of music and lyric I think.
However...on subsequent listens I always get pulled out of the song by the idea that September 11, 2001 being their first wedding anniversary means they were married on a Monday. I know that's a dumb thing to focus in on but ultimately I always find myself thinking of that. Is there anything in the show that addresses that? |
