I was in a generous mood this morning, and I was genuinely curious about the song because I wasn't able to place it at first glance. I was surprised that it was actually from a show I had seen in Chicago 5 years ago. I even bought the OOBC CD and listen to it occasionally. At least the OP didn't use an acronym.
