I don't think Rodgers and Hammerstein have had another No. 1 single in the UK or the US besides the two already mentioned.

Perry Como's cover version of Rodgers and Hammerstein's "Some Enchanted Evening" was No. 1 in the US for five weeks in 1949. The Billboard Hot Hundred chart didn't exist under that name until 1958, but in the 1940s they published three different song popularity charts, one of which was Best-Selling Singles.

keikekaze, thanks for pointing out that webpage! I have always wondered which Golden Age musicals had had big successes on the pop charts, and I never thought to look through Wikipedia to figure that out. It looks like Ezio Pinza's version of Some Enchanted Evening also made the Top 10.

I did a little more prowling, and in the UK, Vic Damone's On the Street Where You Live hit No. 1 in 1958, which is the same year as My Fair Lady's UK premiere. His version hit No. 4 in the US in 1956, which was My Fair Lady's Broadway debut year.
