| This is such a sad story. I've seen the wonderful Rebecca Luker on stage many times, and had a ticket to see her in concert in Orinda in May, which obviously didn't happen. I did make a contribution and got an e-mail saying I'll get a registration confirmation for tomorrow's benefit, but I haven't been able to find any information on whether this is one of the online events that has to be viewed live (which I may not be able to do, and which is a chronic problem for some of us, with almost all the theater programming being done on East Coast time, something that often doesn't work well for theater fans in other time zones). I really wish that all the streaming programs would include information on whether they must be watched live or if they will be available for a specific time, or indefinitely (at least 24 hours would be wonderful). |
