| So, so sad...the one oasis of comfort on that street. I hope they find another spot nearby...there is a 2 level one between Park & Lex on the opposite side of 86th which has been empty for over 2 years, & one maybe too small, on Park & 96th. Could go on & on wondering why landlords charge crippling rent they obviously don't need, because then they seem fine with the spaces standing empty for years at a time...truly sickening. |
