| The noise I have been hearing (with the understanding that no one knows) is that no one is planning before Fall '21. Even were there a sufficiently comfortable treatment by the Spring, two things would conspire against reopening: One cannot snap their fingers and have a Broadway show materialize (especially considering that nothing is actively in process), and even if one could, one cannot snap those fingers and have an audience materialize. Maybe there are a few small plays that could come together sooner, but (as an example and serious question), in terms of "regular" musicals... what is it going to take to get musicians in an orchestra pit? |
