| In Chicago, Lyric Opera and The Joffrey Ballet canceled all performances for the rest of 2020. No Nutcracker this year. Sadly, Mercury Theater Chicago has permanently closed. This was a medium-size theatre that produced productions of Avenue Q, Spamalot, Little Shop, and similar crowd-pleasers. |
