| I guess a followup question is from whom we are hearing. I think the only thing we can really say at this point (which is what underlies my "noise") is what we hear from people who must plan on a macro level. If no one is planning within a time frame, then nothing is going to happen then. (And to be clear, what I have heard is not comprehensive, just anecdotal.) I also think that what we are are looking for is a comfort level, not necessarily a vaccine. |
