| As far as I can tell, Lillias White was the fifth full-time Grizabella on Broadway, following Buckley, Laurie Beechman, Loni Ackerman, Heidi Stallings, Beechman again, and then White took over (and, yes, was not happy for reasons she has discussed in interviews). She took over on November 11, 1991. In 1982, she was little-known (although hugely talented). |
