No, zero theatre display ads or ABCs. There have been some streaming movie ads, but few. Sometimes HBO or another of the platforms will do a splashy ad for something like the new “Perry Mason.”
I subscribe to the physical paper for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and the last ad I saw was in the Sunday Arts & Leisure for “Girl From the North Country.” This would have been mid-March, first weekend after its Broadway opening. The ad was obviously bought, produced, and printed before the Broadway shutdown happened and appeared just after. (That’s my recollection, anyway.) |
