| I would assume with reduced or cancelled flights originating from those areas. Isn't that what the Port Authority (shared by NY & NJ) did during the lockdown? If someone wants to drive into the city that probably couldn't be enforced. But I agree, I don't know how a 14 day quarrantine would be enforced. |
