| There is a refund option if you follow the link in the email. You have to select "I can't attend any performance" and then you get a refund request option. I had an issue with that function, since it asks you the date of your performance. Mine was in 2020, but when I requested my refund only 2021 and 2022 were options for years. Probably a glitch that will get fixed. |
