When Harper Lee was in her declining years, I recall reading print articles about her "estate" making various decisions regarding her intellectual property and assets. I remember similar statements about Jerry Herman's estate during the last few years of his life.
However, the circumstances in these cases are not the same as they are in referring to Paul Simon's estate since I believe he (at 78) is still making appearances and even performing on occasion. |
