Raùl Esparza was BRILLIANT as Tartuffe this afternoon. He played a similar charlatan preacher in "Leap of Faith" some years back, as someone pointed out. At one point he mooned the audience in a bit that was really irreverent and funny.
The truth is EVERYONE was inspired. The digital sets set the tone and the acting beyond topnotch. I don't know if it's still available at the MIP website?? BRAVO, everyone !!! |
