| Cirque has 'diversified' over the last few years, buying Blue Man Group in 2017, and VStar in 2018. (VStar - formerly Vee Corp - a touring producer of Nickelodeon shows such as Paw Patrol, and in the past Sesame Street Live, Race to the Rescue, Barney, etc.). VStar, in turn, owns smaller Cirque Dreams out of Ft Lauderdale. When Off Bway resumes performances (in 2021?), will BMG remain dark? Or will there be a Blue for sale sign? |

| Bankruptcy does not necessarily mean shuttering. I have not been following this story but I presume they will reorganize. In any event, I would assume both would be sold if they could not make it out of bankruptcy protection. | |

| They will almost certainly reorganize. They're dealing with the same thing that Toys R Us dealt with regarding private equity, leveraged buyouts, a lot of debt . . . Covid was just the straw that broke the camels back. Yet another company basically run into bankruptcy while making a lot of private investors really rich. Definitely need to see some more government regulation of this sort of activity. They'll be back eventually. |

| According to CBC News, the provincial government is involved and will work with the existing investors or a buyer. | |
