| Bankruptcy does not necessarily mean shuttering. I have not been following this story but I presume they will reorganize. In any event, I would assume both would be sold if they could not make it out of bankruptcy protection. | |

| They will almost certainly reorganize. They're dealing with the same thing that Toys R Us dealt with regarding private equity, leveraged buyouts, a lot of debt . . . Covid was just the straw that broke the camels back. Yet another company basically run into bankruptcy while making a lot of private investors really rich. Definitely need to see some more government regulation of this sort of activity. They'll be back eventually. |

| According to CBC News, the provincial government is involved and will work with the existing investors or a buyer. | |
