The '76 musical had a short run: 61 perfs and 13 previews. Tony-winner Tessie O'Shea played Miss Tweed and future Tony-winner Gary Beach was cast as Nigel Rancour. The studio cast recording features Broadway veteran Jim Dale in a non-singing role.

There is a planned revival of Something's Afoot at the Skokie Theatre in the Chicago area, beginning 2/05/2021. Fingers crossed.

Great guesses by MockingbirdGirl and Indavidzopinion, much wittier than Ms. Harris' remark, although I think Harris was pretty astute in describing the situation using a Broadway reference. Just IMO.

And Pat Carroll was wonderful in a highly entertaining summer stock production.
