I just watched the interview. It's a common phrase. I sort of thought you meant that she made a reference that was clearly intended to be about a specific Broadway musical, but I suspect she has no idea that there ever was a musical by this title. Unless you meant a different musical than the one I think you mean, but since this one starred a performer who had won a Tony and it featured a performer who would win a Tony this century, I think it must be the show you mean.
