"Darling, Not Without You" (Nancy Anderson): was it ever in a musical?

On Nancy Anderson's gorgeous album Ten Cents a Dance, she sings a song called "Darling, Not Without You." Perry Como and Artie Shaw recorded earlier versions. Was the song ever in a musical? A friend insists it was, but my best Googling isn't turning up any answers.

It's not likely, unless it was discarded out of town or from a show that folded on the road prior to Broadway. I searched songs in IBDB, and although all three writers (including the father of the Sherman Bros.) had written for Broadway, nothing by this title shows up in the database.
