| You can stream on any of the following devices: Desktop web browsers. Mobile devices and tablets (Android and Apple). ... Smart TVs (LG WebOS, Samsung Tizen, Android TV, Vizio SmartCast, Roku TV) Game consoles (PlayStation 4, Xbox One) Streaming devices (Apple TV 4th Gen and later, Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV, Roku). Here are two methods I use: 1) You can stream on your laptop and connect it to your TV via an HDMI cable for viewing, if your laptop has an HDMI port and your TV has an HDMI input. 2) Alternatively, you can stream it on your phone and connect it to your TV for viewing, but again only if your TV has an HDMI input. Also, you'll need an AV adapter to connect the phone to the TV. |

| ilw, seems like you know a fair bit about this, perhaps you can help me. I have a 2015 Samsung smart TV & purchased roku so I could see Hamilton on my big screen TV while also having access to my laptop. As a bonus I got a free 7 day subscription to BritBox & am working my way through that. However, I can't figure out how to 'turn off' roku and get back to my Spectrum DVR and watch my previously recorded programs. Even when I remove the HDMI cable from roku, all my video sources are showing up as black screens. Did I break my DVR when I signed up for roku? Please email me if you have any advice or respond here. | |

| I'm no expert, but it doesn't sound like you broke your DVR if all your video sources are showing up as black screens. It sounds like your TV isn't recognizing any of your video sources. (I'm assuming that you're able to use your TV remote to change the video input.) Try connecting your Spectrum DVR using a different input on your TV, if possible. If you use an HDMI connection from your DVR to your TV, maybe try connecting it to the same input that you used for your Roku. Of course, when all else fails, turn everything off and then turn everything back on. In particular, be sure to reboot your DVR. Maybe someone more familiar with Roku has some better idea of what's going on. |

| Slight correction to method #2 to stream on your phone and view on your TV: the AV adapter (for an iPhone, it's a Lightning Digital AV Adapter) connects the phone to the HDMI cable , not to the TV directly. | |

| presuming that your SmartTv supports Disney+. My LG smarttv doesn't because it was made before 2019. | |

| Your smart TV may not have the Disney app on its list of apps that you can use. That doesn't mean that any of the other ways ilw listed wouldn't work for you. For example, if you buy a Roku stick to plug into an HDMI port on your TV, then you can access the Disney app that's on that Roku stick. Of course, you would need to buy the Roku stick and also subscribe to the Disney service as well as have an internet connection that supports streaming video content. | |
