He is, particularly in 'My Crazy Heart'.
Nobody is ever going to demand a Tamsin Greig Sings Gershwin album, but she does very well despite not really being a singer. The new finale is lovely.
It's a good recording - I have it too (tracking it down took about an hour on the phone) - and it deserves a wider release. |
