| I would guarantee that none of us, hearing "Ya Got Trouble" or "Getting Married Today" or "Franklin Shepard, Inc" or "Model Behavior" or "Handful Of Keys" or "I'll Show You A Thing or Two" or "If You Han't But You Did" etc etc got all the lyrics on the first listen either. You get the gist of it (sometimes you get more of it at first, sometimes less), and the more you hear it, the more you pick up. It's not just about current rap music - it can easily apply to any wordy, patter-type song. |
