| Ben Bagley on Kurt Weill Revisited, Vols I and II recorded extensive excerpts before the Capriccio recording. John Reardon and Jo Sullivan sang both of the love duets, the whole cast sang the opening. No where near as effective as the authentic recording but it gave all of us a taste of what we would later hear. |
