| I think I only got about 25% of the Hamilton lyrics I saw it live with the original cast without knowing the cast album. Watching it again with subtitles I see so many clever lyrics that my brian couldn’t quite hear or process before the next lines were being sung that it continues to be a revelation. I think it is debateable whether they could or should have had certain shows with surtitles to help people catch more. I hate to admit but also having listened to the cast album dozens of times I am realizing I have been singing along other wrong lyrics for years. Maybe this all makes me sound old! |
