Salaried employees of the Really Useful Group have been supported by the government's furlough scheme, and RUG has also benefitted from another government scheme which extends the deadline for payment of certain bills.
The arts funding package introduced this week is something separate, and is designed to provide levels of support that can't be accessed via other government programmes.
