| This surprises me; I would think a vacation trip from one-third of a year ago, that I’m sure was purchased much longer ago than that, would be refunded by now. 4 months should be more than enough time to process any refunds, and I would think a credit card investigation for the original charge might be in order. But maybe you’re a more patient and lenient man than I. Maybe they’re being exceedingly polite and solicitous and apologetic in emails to you asking to still have patience with them as they process all the returns. I only know that I couldn’t have gone without that money for nearly half a year after cancellation, so would have disputed the charge. |
