I stopped watching after about 25 minutes, and I was so excited to see this. Loved it back in the day w/McKellen and Curry. And the movie.
But this Salieri was so annoying and charmless; his odd speech pattern and manner were off-putting... I assume it got better but, I'll likely never know.
Loved the recent Nation Theatre Midsummer, though. |
