I’m not sure what the deal is with group tickets, but my pair of Music Man tickets was automatically exchanged from a date in sept 2020 to a date in April 2021. I wanted a refund and not an exchange so I logged into telecharge and had to find a customer service link on The Music Man page. After filling that form out, I got a refund a few days later. Not sure if it’s the same for group sales, but here is the form:
