Does anyone have a clue as to why, in Molly, late in her career, she was billed as "Kay Ballard"? When I saw the marquee over the theater in the documentary, I assumed it was a bizarre mistake. But I've just seen copies of the sheet music for two of the songs in the show, and they also call her Kay Ballard, so it clearly was NOT a mistake. But why?
