| I had one set of tickets for one date which I could not use. I followed the instructions from the email sent to ticketholders which led to a special form that you have to fill up. They said they cannot be reached by email or by phone ( due to shortage of staff) but the request can be handled via the special form. It took maybe a week to get an email re approval of my refund and to allow 1-2 credit card cycles to find out if the refund has been received for the card used for the purchase transaction. The other sets I had for TMM were easily exchanged for preferred dates ( I actually got better seats because it seems those seats became available when the original ticketholders gave them up or exchanged them for other dates).. |
