Many people just hear NYC and immediately think "Times Square". The one that keeps coming up is the guy who was shot dead while crossing the street and holding his six year old daughter's hand. But others have talked about the rioters and protesters. For those of you pooh-poohing this and trying to make it political, it is a real "thing". One person said to me that there are things that can be done to protect yourself from a virus, but how do you protect yourself from groups of violent people? Answer: Don't go into the city.
Like I said, this might bode well for tours or even regional theaters in smaller cities. |
