| I would say they are having a knee jerk fearful reaction, but that doesn't disqualify it. It is still a REAL reaction. And they don't seem to be making a connection between the violence and Covid 19. I was discussing going into the city next spring, when hopefully this pandemic is over (God willing). But they don't think that will have any impact on the crime rate and they don't want to go into the city. Not right now, but in the spring. They are saying "Count me out of your theatre trip in the spring because the crime in the city is scaring me." They don't see much of a connection between the increased crime rate and the pandemic. |
