And as you did in your original post, you stated a false premise. There has no uptick in violent crime anywhere that a tourist might be in NYC and even with a doubling of violent crime, it will still be below most cities. I asked where these people were; you chose not to say. I assume that's because it would lay bare your Fox News et al premise.
