Good points all. I think human nature is such that when the risk gets down in that single digit percentage range, almost everyone will just go on about their business, the same way they always have in the face of minimal risk of some pretty horrible diseases. I think one of the most important points you make, as it related to the theatre, is that time element. Chance encounters (especially) of masked individuals that don't last long are not likely to transfer enough droplets to be "effective." But put people inches from each other and all bets are off. That is why we will not see theatre without social distancing. (And for economic reasons, we won't see it with.)
