I would have nominated American Psycho for the following categories (in the context of the year, so I won't put down an award I wouldn't push an existing nominee out for, like supporting actress or direction):
Best Musical (pushing out School of Rock)
Best Score (pushing out School of Rock)
Best Book (pushing out School of Rock or Bright Star)
Best Actor in a Musical (pushing out... honestly any 1 of these: Burstein, Levy, Miranda, Brightman ... all are deserving but the only one in the category not replacable for Walker's nom was Odom who won)
And possibly Best Orchestrations (pushing out She Loves Me) |
