| I would not read too much into this. It is (a) cover for a scheme to downgrade the production and blame it on Covid-19, and (b) part of some political gymnastics that does not translate well to the US where the subject is not even viable as a discussion point. That said, as I have written here before, I think the new normal is going to include less of the tourist shows than some are expecting. |
