| Of course, no arguments there. But that's not what I was responding to. The question was regarding if Prince would have had any say in closing the show or not. The poster I was responding to was supposing that the closing of PHANTOM was happening in part because Prince is now dead. I don't think, as director, Prince would have had that kind of power over the production. I think that's Cameron Mackintosh and Andrew Lloyd Webber. If they'd decided to close it, they'd have closed it, no matter what Prince had to say about it. |
