| A beautifully written response that doesn't clear up anything for me. If I want to say August Wilson and Edward Albee were among the finest playwright's of the 20th Century, that's one designation. I could go on to say one was Gay and one was African-American. How would you know my attitude towards that designation? I'm just an unenlightened schlep or that's the way it feels when you step into this realm of higher consciousness. |
