With all due respect to Odom, and without judgement as to whether or not he was paid enough for the filming, the comparison to Tveit makes no sense.
GREASE: LIVE was an all-new production that was prepared strictly for that one performance. Tveit had to learn the role and rehearse for weeks before the night of the show.
Odom had already been paid to learn his role and rehearse the production, which he had been performing for months. And though there were extra filming sessions, much of the filming was done at live performances that he would have been doing anyway. |
