Would it make any sense to do this as a zoom reading now? Does it require physical action that wouldn't convey well? It would certainly be interesting as a curiosity to have the chance to see it performed at a minimal cost to audience and production.

I was at the opening night of Moose Murders and was laughing so hard I thought I was going to fall out of my box seat.

When working in Development for a production company, I read a play by that author. I don't remember the title, but I do remember that I liked it so much that I suggested we option it. I was then told about the "Moose Murders" debacle, and did not receive approval for the option. I was so happy to read about the ramifications concerning this project. Kieran, thank you as always for your diligent research.

I actually saw Moose Murders. It was horrifying. But it did start my continuing admiration for Holland Taylor.

I saw a production in Queens that treated it like what it is: a very funny spoof; and it worked. Then I saw an off-Broadway production that DIDN'T work. I've read it several times, and I STILL say that if it was well cast and well directed, it would go over big: especially in community theater.
