Perhaps off-subject. On a trip to Las Vegas, locals especially cab drivers, were extolling the impressionist Danny Gans. We went. A sparse house. A few of the impressions were very good; others seemed to just rip-off the subjects material. "If...you know you're a redneck." [This was some years ago.] Early during the show, I thought, the laughter and applause was really "hot" for this small an audience and this early in the show. I looked around and...couldn't see anyone much who was laughing or applauding. Disgusting.
