| Wonder if Scott Rudin, who owes Spotco $6 million plus, requested this because WEST SIDE STORY opened on February 20, and he wants WSS to be in the next group ... I'm willing to be you that cut off for the NEXT Tonys will before May 20. That way WEST SIDE STORY will be competing in a short season so that WSS and MUSIC MAN are competing in different seasons. In the next Tonys WSS will be up against at least COMPANY and CAROLINE OR CHANGE ... tough competition for Ivo Side Story. |
